Zoe and Walter are about to head back to Sydney when Zoe takes a turn for the worst. She is rushed to hospital where Karl diagnoses her weakened immune system. Walter believes the only thing that can save Zoe is a transplant, but accepts that Sonya and Toadie are still undecided about having Nell tested. Karl is confused and has a private word with Sonya.

Susan helps a reeling Sarah deal with Anguss revelation. Sarah isnt surprised with her sons decision Karl and Susan have done an amazing job looking after him. Although it hurts her to say it, maybe Angus is better off staying with the Kennedys.
