Ned suspects Finn is manipulating Bea, but when they explain a break-in happened and Finn saved her, Ned is curious and wants to know more. Meanwhile, Yashvi is devastated when Ned cancels their meeting without explanation. Dee and Toadie take a tour of the complex, and Karl reveals Susan has voiced concerns about them.

Dee confronts Shane and Dipi about reading her journal, and they explain they were looking out for Toadie. Gary and Kyle prepare for the grand opening of The Tram, while Sheila is left feeling hurt. Paul discharges himself from the hospital to attend the opening, but is angry that Karl hasnt fired Gary yet.
