Terese admits to Prue that she has had a relapse with alcohol, but insists it is a one-time event. Prue is concerned that Terese is being controlled by addiction and suggests that Harlow should return to London for her own stability. Paul and Terese reconcile, and Kyle and Amy take time for themselves.

Terese finds Davids lifeless body and calls an ambulance. Aaron rushes to the hospital, where Karl informs them that David has a damaged kidney and internal bleeding. Kyle and Amy argue in the hospital corridor, and Terese arrives and confides in Paul that she had been drinking. Paul asks if she had hit David, but Terese denies it and Harlow believes her.
