Elly has just arrived in prison and is assigned a cellmate who asks about her crime. Elly is unsure how to respond and feels uncomfortable sharing the details of her past. She wonders how she will survive in this new environment and worries about her baby, Aster, who is also with her in prison.

Andrea witnesses Elly pouring milk down the sink and tells her that she talked her into drinking. Elly blames Andrea for the incident and asks her to leave her alone. Kyle meets Ned, and they talk about Kyles recent date with Roxy. Sheila and Roxy talk at The Waterhole about Kyles grief group, and Roxy offers to run an errand for them.
