Toadie is feeling lost and sad, having spent the night awake and unable to sleep. He talks to Shane and Dipi, but they cannot provide him with any comfort. Yashvi is also upset and staying with Ned.

Shane, Dipi and Yashvi finish up the dinner David and Aaron brought over for them. Toadie emerges after putting Hugo to bed and Yashvi immediately looks guilty. Shane tries to talk to Toadie about seeing Dee earlier, mentioning that she blames herself for everything. Toadie looks like he blames Dee too and takes his plate of dinner outside to eat to avoid further discussion.
