Brent has a surprise for Harlow, a mystery project he has been working on, and they spend the time together gathering supplies and working on it. Meanwhile, Aaron tries to convince Nic to move back in with him, Chloe, and David, but Nic is hesitant.

Hendrix reveals his feelings for Mackenzie, leaving her in shock. Bea is working on her podcast and Kyle distracts Karl to keep him from finding out. Jane visits Mildura to make changes to the schools programme, but Curtis is not impressed. Mackenzie discusses Hendrixs revelation with Yashvi, unsure of what to do.
