Levi is injured in a fitness class when a piece of gym equipment falls on him. David, a doctor, quickly responds and convinces Levi to go to the hospital. Paul and Terese investigate the accident, while Amy, the manager, tries to blame Roxy. Sheila finds a new manager for The Hive, and Yashvi and Ned talk about their future and decide to move in together.

Pierce visits his estranged son Hendrix, causing apprehension from Nicolette and worry from Hendrix. Karl and Susan encourage Hendrix to reconnect with his father, while Mackenzie, Jane, and Harlow offer support to Hendrix and Nicolette.
