Amy and Levi discuss Christmas plans, Ned worries about rumors circulating about him and Amy, Toadie worries about Nells preoccupation with Melanies psychic powers, and Ned meets up with Levi to talk about Amy and the police ball.

Toadie helps Amy confront Ned about his ultimatum, and they eventually reach a compromise. Meanwhile, Paul and Terese agree to work on their relationship, and Levi is warned by his boss to step up his game or risk losing his job.
