Stitch and Yuna find a mysterious yellow alien flutist, who quickly gets everybody's collective attention. What nobody realizes is Flute (named Bragg in the Japanese original) is actually Experiment 145 (misnumbered 021, the number of "Twang", in the Japanese original), who not only frames Stitch for mass destruction but the more attention he gets, the stronger Flute becomes, even to the point where he can outdo Stitch.

Hämsterviel disguises himself as a substitute teacher to get close to Stitch, also becoming the coach of the school's 5th grade girls' volleyball team. The only problem is that he's starting to like the job and becomes invested in the team's upcoming game against the 6th grade team.
