Bobby, Franklin's daughter, who has been away at school, decides to come back to Philadelphia to go to college. Return: Judge Walter Franklin (Tony Randall) begins a second season with a change of venue (CBS) and a change of cast (Penny Peyser now plays Bobby Franklin). But some things stay the same, including daughter Bobby's uncanny ability to outrage daddy, this time by dropping out of college and moving in with her boyfriend.
