Stingray is hired by a police captain who claims he was framed for his wife's murder, even though another officer's polygraph testimony refutes his alibi.

A mental patient recruits Ray to help her find out why other patients are vanishing from a psych hospital, and Ray soon discovers that she's telling the truth.
