Peter interrupts Regina and Bill's heart-to-heart. Tom seems really concerned for John and how will Mike react to seeing Pamela on a date. They end up discussing having that "ONE" ex and are men really afraid of commitment. 

Mike tries to repay John for taking the fall for him back in college, Regina questions the sincerity of Bill's feelings, and Tom's bad behavior at work catches up to him.
