Miley and Jackson forget that it was Robby's 40th birthday, and argue over why he is annoyed at them. When they find out, Miley distracts Robby at a CD signing, while Jackson tries to organize a last minute surprise party, to cover up that they forgot.

Hannah gets her own diamond, but a guy is selling hot dogs next to her diamond. Then a gross flower vendor spits on her diamond. So she decides to change her diamond's location. Meanwhile, Jackson's car is broken, so Robby works for Rico until Jackson is back to work. But when Rico is mean to Robby, Jackson gets fired.
