Three teams of confectionery artists face off to see who can make the most mind-blowing holiday display that shows who steps in to save the day after Santa's Elves call in sick on Christmas Eve. The competition begins with the Snowball Fight Challenge where each team uses cake and sugar to create edible holiday designs in just 45 minutes. One winning team gets a vital advantage going into the Winter Blizzard round where they must create an eye-popping, larger-than-life Christmas display. At the end of this battle, one team will jingle all the way home with a $10,000 grand prize.

Host Jonathan Bennett challenges the four remaining teams of cake masters and sugar artists to create their most festive vision of how Santa Claus auditions his next crop of elves. Judges Shinmin Li and Jason Smith decide which team will be going home for the holidays.
