Maor Ezra celebrates the victory over the police and tries to deepen his control on the city. Alon and the team decide on a new course of action against Ezra, while Miki works on building a case against him in the economic department. Amit, Tom's boyfriend, gets involved with Ezra's men.

After his wife's car explodes, Maor Ezra flees his family from the city and barricades himself in his apartment. Alon and the team are stationed at the lookout in order to catch Ezra making a criminal mistake. Miki and Tom are dragged into Alon's war.
