After forgetting Bob's birthday, Linda and the kids attempt to plan a last-minute surprise party. In order to plan the party though, Linda asks Hugo if Bob can go with him while he's doing restaurant health inspections.

When a malicious juice truck owner tries to set up shop in the Belcher's alley, Louise devises a plan to win back their turf. Meanwhile, Linda learns that she can't always run to her sister's defense.
