Karin wants her sister Siren, a prostitute, to come home to say goodbye to their terminally ill mother. Varg and Karin attract the wrong attention when they kidnap the high Siren to bring her home.

Varg Veum wakes up to a roar that shakes all of Bergen. It turns out to be a weapons depot outside the city that was blown up. Several people lose their lives, including Varg's best friend Even, who is soon named as the bomber. However, Wolf can't get it to work and starts digging into the dark secrets of the arms industry.
