James is back in the kitchen on Saturday morning, where he's joined by actor, presenter and comedian Sally Lindsay. James will be serving up recipes for marmalade glazed ham, salmon and lemon tart, there's a Masterclass in smoking your own fish and meat, and chefs Asma Khan and Francesco Mazzei will be dropping by with delicious recipes of their own.
