In 2015, a slew of Denver bank robberies turns deadly when bandits wearing masks from the horror film "Scream" stab and shove tellers to the ground, empty the vault and then lead police on a high-speed chase that sees two people shot in cold blood. 

With the aid of an undercover agent, the FBI surveils members of The Base as they sacrifice a goat to Odin in rural Georgia; through a hidden camera and wiretap, FBI agents watch as members assemble a ghost gun and plot a mass shooting in Virginia.
