At Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, Alison meets a premature Frenchie pup who needs some help socialising, and a Yorkie Pom cross whose bad breath leads the vet team to discover a more serious issue. The presenter also befriends a heartbroken Retriever cross who needs to learn to trust again.

Alison meets an excitable Husky cross whose fear of cars is holding her back from finding her forever home. She helps find a doggy friend who will hopefully bring an ex racing greyhound out of her shell, and also encounters a determined little Presa Canario pup with one of the worst cases of bowed legs Battersea Dogs and Cats Home has ever seen.
