S5 E4 Episode 4
本集简介

In today's episode, Paul falls hook, line and sinker for charming toothless Boxer Prince. From the moment they first meet, they build an instant close bond, leaving Paul to seriously consider whether he should rehome Prince himself. But Paul is soon rocked by the news Prince has a suspicious lump on his leg, which needs urgent attention.

Paul is then on hand to help the ever cheery Prince through a series of operations, which the Boxer tackles with life-affirming positivity - but what will the outcome be for the dog who's provided Paul with his most emotional rollercoaster of a story across all the series so far?

Paul also falls for quirky Yorkie Dash, whose bark has lost it's bite leaving him with a very unusual, squeaky voice. Not only that, this eight-year old soon earns the light-hearted nickname ‘Dash the Slash' when he goes out for a walk with Paul and endlessly cocks his leg! Can Paul help Dash get to the bottom of his most unusual problems?!

Episode 5

In today's episode, Paul's left lost for words when he meets abandoned stray spaniel Willow - she was found tied up to a tree outside Battersea's Old Windsor site in a dreadful condition, suffering from a terrible eye infection as well as awful skin. Thankfully though, this charming spaniel's playful spirit hasn't been broken and Paul quickly falls head over heels for her indomitable spirit. He sets to work trying to get this heartbreaker back on her feet as he nurses her through numerous treatments - but will Willow manage to overcome her long list of problems?

Paul also meets enthusiastic Bud the record-breaking Collie Greyhound cross. Sadly for Bud though, he holds Battersea's most unwanted record - he is their longest resident having been at the kennels for over two years! Bud is a real softie but his Achilles heel is his boundless energy - he is full of life and so in need of a very specific type of owner who can cater for his energetic demands! Paul arranges for Bud to enter a doggie fun run where he'll be on show to lots of like-minded, athletic dog lovers - will he catch somebody's eye and finally end his marathon stay in kennels?

Finally Paul takes on the role of doggie masseur to Jenson the staffie, who suffered accidental permanent scarring on his back that has left his skin dry and itchy. This uncomfortable problem has left Jenson struggling with kennel life, so Paul tries to alleviate his blues by putting his magic hands to work moisturising Jenson's back to try and make his skin silky smooth - will the spa treatment work in cheering up Jenson?
