4pm: Chicago becomes an American "war zone" as Illinois sues Donald Trump over his deployment of the National Guard. Meanwhile, a Trump-appointed judge blocks his deployment to Portland, Oregon – MSNBC's Jacob Soboroff speaks to Illinois's Attorney General about the lawsuit he filed. Not to protect the people of Chicago from the harsh and dehumanizing treatment from the federal agents, but to protect ICE those same agents.
