DOJ has yet to release additional files, which is in clear defiance of Congress and the law.

Later, Frank Kendall, Ben Rhodes, and Eddie Glaude join Alicia to discuss the escalating tensions between the U.S. and Venezuela as the U.S. increases military presence and activity in the region.

Finally, Alicia covers Bari Weiss' controversial leadership at CBS News and her decision to hold the most recent episode of "60 Minutes." The episode was about the cruel reality of the El Salvadoran prison, CECOT, where many deportees are sent from the U.S.

Gen. Mark Hertling joins the program to discuss the aftermath of Trump's meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

5pm: Nicolle Wallace discusses the cracks to Trump's coalition from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's public break with MAGA to podcaster Joe Rogan denouncing the President's reaction to Rob Reiner's death. Later, Marc Elias, Eddie Glaude, and Basil Smikle join Nicolle to talk about Trump seeking revenge and retribution but getting blocked by the justice system instead. A federal judge blocked Trump's March order that revoked security clearances from whistleblower lawyer Mark Zaid.
