Charlie Norman and the crew travel across town to convert two century-old tobacco barns into a craftsman's quarters. The task will require tearing down one sagging structure and using its pieces to patch and renovate the other. They'll first have to overcome rotting floorboards, heaps of scrap metal and even a few Molotov cocktails.

After building many homes for his clients, Charlie Norman finally finds the time to renovate his own home. He plans to double its size and use all the best beams and boards he's acquired over the years. As a bonus, Charlie and his dad salvage a 150-year-old chimney to install in the house.
