Norm the Genie returns and tricks Cosmo and Wanda into dislikingTimmy by replacing him with a selfish, unappreciative clone version. When Cosmo and Wanda quit, a singing contest is held in Fairy World to determine who gets to replace Timmy's godparents. And there is another big problem: Norm is a participant.

Cosmo and Wanda are very tired from taking care of Poof, so Timmy volunteers to take over and give them a night on the town. However, the minute they poof away, Timmy loses Poof and must find him before they return.
