Mali is struggling to think of a picture for school so Sam tells him a story about teapot chores. A cautionary tale about how putting things off until the last minute can often mean creating more work for yourself.
As Mali gets used to living in a new home, he starts to worry about starting at a new school. Mali's not the only one worrying - his dad, Nadeem, is about to start his new job at the zoo and he seems to have similar fears to Mali. Luckily, there are lots of friends on hand to help them both through their first day nerves.
How does the bus know where to go? After a journey home from the city, Grandma Zainab, Sam and Mali start to wonder how the bus driver always knows where to bring them. Together, the children solve the mystery and learn how buses really work.
