The children are learning about their families, their heritage and their family trees, but Bella is concerned that her family might be really boring compared to Sam and Mali's families. Desperate to learn that she might be related to a princess, Bella's about to discover something amazing that will leave her dad, Ian, very impressed.

When the children are asked to dress up as heroes for a day for school, Bella finds herself unsure of who she wants to be. Meanwhile, Sam and Mali's costumes are accidently shrunk in the wash. What are they going to do?
