A model is being photographed by a top London photographer (James Kerry) on the site of some old Roman ruins high in the Alpes-Maritimes in France when the camera explodes and nearly kills the photographer. So, Superintendent Adam Hunter (Geoffrey Frederick) is brought in to find out who wanted to kill him.
