Queen of Daytime television, Lorraine Kelly has taken her love and dedication to her granddaughter Billie to a new level as she receives her very first tattoo live on today's episode of Lorraine. 

Closing the programme, Lorraine revealed her new tattoo to viewers, and was greeted with a shock reaction from This Morning's Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley.
