Alexander Belkovich knows how to eat delicious, varied and affordable food! Today, the chef is preparing Thai rice pancakes, toasts with pate and beetroot chutney, pasta with oxtails and cupcakes with orange, black currant and candied ginger.

We are seeing off May and celebrating summer with the juiciest and most unusual dishes. Together with Alexander Belkovich, we are preparing a chicken breast casserole with young cabbage, green bean phali, dolma with barberry, tomato sauce and matzoni, and for dessert — corn pie with strawberries.
