Dr. Phil conducts a jailhouse interview with Gypsy Rose Blanchard, an alleged victim of Munchausen syndrome, a mental disorder in which a person acts as if they have an illness when they don't, who pled guilty to the stabbing murder of her mother.

A woman says that she and her husband have been shut out of her family's multi-million dollar pet supply franchise because her parents prefer her older sisters to her, so Dr. Phil attempts to help the woman and her husband deal with the situation.
