Little Bear and his friends race to see who's faster - the landlubbers or the sailors on a raft. Arriving at the finish line in one group, Little Bear decides that they have all won the race.

While waiting for Mother Bear to return from an errand with a goodnight kiss, Little Bear has Father Bear read him a monster story and they carouse like monsters under the full moon.
