Team Asia pairs its mating Malayan tigers with anticipation of breeding a cub, and Dr. Ray rescues an abandoned newborn river otter, which he plans to nurse back to health and eventually return to the wild.

After more than 15 years in the ZooTampa family, chimpanzees Twiggy, Jamie and Nick are ready to retire! The team says heartfelt goodbyes while preparing the trio for the voyage to their new San Francisco home. Meanwhile, the staff welcomes rescued manatees Roomba and Kayo to the newly renovated ZooTampa Manatee hospital.
