Everyone knows that the most important constant in Jan Paweł's life is his noble title, which he was lucky enough to be born with. But is that really true? In the third season of 1670, as a result of the Harvest Festival events, the head of the Adamczewski family confronts the truth about his identity. He wants to prove to himself, but above all to the nation, that he is a true homo sarmatus. The struggle to regain his status leads him to the royal court, where he observes the backstage of high politics. The world as Jan Paweł knew it begins to shake, and even in Adamczycha he is not allowed to enjoy the idyllic calm of serfdom. His relationship with Zofia has cooled significantly, his conflict with Jakub is escalating, and behind it all seems to stand the devil's closest relative - Andrzej. If only the peasants would respect his difficult situation and not get in the way - but they too are increasingly clearly noticing certain inconveniences of their lot. Will the school for peasants, founded on Aniela's initiative, be the remedy for their torment?
