Hitting an electrical snag with the car, Caitlyn and Curtis wonder if they should skip the dance. Sam and Darren Bowers co-chaperone, looking out for "commotion." Kiara is fed up with Noah. And one of the bank robbers from 17 years ago gets out of prison.
