Yugo is reunited with his father. Evangelyne believes that Percedal isn't dead and that she hears his voice. Ruel gets in trouble while looking for treasure underground.

It turns out that Percedal's soul is trapped inside his sword while his body is possessed by Rubilax. When the sword is stolen by the Shushu collector Remington Smisse, Evangelyne is determined to get it back.
