For over 50 years, the wooden ferry Skjæløy has been the link in the archipelago outside Helgeroa, and the livelihood of the few who still live on Stokkøya. But now the ferry has a doctor at the quay with a sailing ban for two years. The Johansen family are willing to sacrifice everything to get her back on the road.
