Gabriel persuades Damián to rule out Floral and consider the department store as an option. David, one of the workers who works in the engine room, crosses paths with Chema in the neighborhood, which leads to an interesting discovery between them. Gabriel shows disturbing concern for his unborn child. Manuela, mischievously, discovers a secret in the house. Tasio scolds David, unaware of his relationship with Carmen. At the hospital, Digna offers support to Marta, just as a glimmer of hope emerges.

Carmen has a meeting with David and later tells Tasio, although she hides their connection. Gaspar and Claudia encourage the workers to try to turn things around at the factory. Gabriel, driven by fear that Andrés might wake up, makes a risky decision.
