A storm deposits the Sterlings on the shore of an island where a resort hostess falls in love with Hal. Paradise is not what it seems. For some it comes at great cost. It could even cost you your life.

While trying to escape from the Zone Troopers, the Starlings are captured by a motorcycle clan that has outlawed family life and substituted a drug induced dream world.
