The chefs find themselves on the beach formerly known as Surf City USA where they are divided into two teams and asked to cook fish tacos for 101 hungry surfers. The winning team was selected as the first team to receive 51 votes for their fish taco dish. The masterchefs then meet in the Masterchef kitchen where the losing team selects who among them must face the pressure test. In this episode the unlucky few must prepare a chicken breast three different ways as preferred by each one of the three judges. A very hard pressure test ends with a contestant leaving the Masterchef kitchen.
