Andi heads to the lobster capital of Europe, Bridlington, to convince young people to take up a job in fishing and create a feast to get the town excited about the lobster caught locally.

Andi is in Folkestone to help local singer-songwriter Sophia stage a spectacular festival at the old Victorian bandstand, celebrating the town's unsung musical heritage and cultural diversity.
