While driving, Piper's car breaks down and she ultimately gets attacked by an ancient creature called Wendigo. She ultimately gets saved by a passerby named Billy, but not before being scratched and as a result, starts to transform into a Wendigo as well. As a result, Prue and Phoebe have to find a way to save Piper before it's too late. Elsewhere, Andy teams up with an FBI agent hunting the Wendigo with disastrous results. After Prue hires Phoebe to work at the auction house, Phoebe has a vision involving a car crash and missing child.

When a young witch named Max is kidnapped by a pair a crooks, intent on using his powers to hold up a bank, he is able to reach out via an Ouija board to Prue for help in being rescued. While Piper is dealing with Quake's new chef and his antics, Phoebe is shocked to learn a secret about Leo and has a difficult time trying to keep that secret from her sisters.
