When Piper gives up on finding Mr. Right, she becomes extremely overprotective of Wyatt. As a result, Phoebe and Paige become worried and as result, decide to create a potion to create the perfect guy and decide to give Piper "Mr. Right" as a birthday present, hoping to get her to remember how important love is. Meanwhile, Chris and Leo try to keep Wyatt safe from a demonic cult called "the Order" after they flip Wyatt's sense of morality.

When a mentor of Leo's arrives at the Manor with news that a student conjured up a headless horseman and is ultimately terrorizing students and teachers alike at Magic School, the sisters are surprised to learn about the supernatural institution of learning all things magic. They are soon asked to help discover why a student called upon the horseman and stop him before escaping to hurt innocents.
