A Government holiday is anything but for Carrie, who spends it cleaning her kitchen, and for Doug, who spends it golfing---or trying to---with pal Ray Barone.

Carrie asks Doug to join her at a dinner party for a Japanese client. But when he arrives ravenous after not eating all day, he discovers there's no dinner and tries to eat whatever he can find.
