As they dig through the family's and restaurant employees' backgrounds, they find more to the story than meets the eye. Meanwhile, Ryan catches Tara doing something suspicious.

Russian mob boss Ivan Sarnoff escapes from prison after being poisoned. Meanwhile, Yelina's undercover role is discovered and Horatio fights to save her; Delko considers helping his criminal father who was involved in Ivan's escape, even though Calleigh pleads with him not to.
