He also has to deal with Catherine Piper starting a one-woman crime wave. Meanwhile, Shirley, Paul and Brad see the Beverly situation quickly becoming untenable.

Alan represents a girl denied entry to a private school because she cannot smile. Denny convinces Brad to help Beverly with an arbitration situation. Shirley and Denise represent a young woman denied emergency contraception after a rape.
