Denny and Beverly get married. Three hours later, Denny is caught cheating and Shirley, Paul, and Brad scramble to cover Denny and the firm from Beverly's lawyers. Alan represents a friend who was fired from her job because she couldn't stop smoking.

Alan defends Melissa after she is arrested for not paying her taxes. Denise is pulled over by a nice police officer and later finds out he needs her help ... he's been arrested for impersonating a police officer. Paul plans an intervention to get Rachel back into drug rehab.
