Josh is on the trail of Russia's missing Amber Panels, priceless pieces of art stolen by the Nazis during WWII. After starting in St. Petersburg, Russia, and getting exposed to the local culture, Josh makes a brief pit stop in Berlin to marvel at the city's amazing turnaround since the end of the Cold War.

Josh treks the stone-paved Inca Trail, ascending through the Andes and into the Peruvian Amazon in search of the undiscovered City of Gold. His road to riches takes a detour to the legendary ruins of Machu Picchu.
