Harry and Skip land in jail on a trumped-up murder charge, so they break out to find the real killer. Harry and Skip learn that driving around with a corpse is a good way to land in jail, and that breaking out and locating "the tattooed man" may be the only way to clear themselves of murder

Skip and Harry (Joseph Guzaldo and Larry Riley) enter a bicycle race that's to terminate in Canada, and thereby they hope to escape for good the on-rushing Capt. Betty and Deputy Crawford.
