In the aftermath of the Triceraton invasion, the devastated New York soon plays host to the return of one of the Turtles' greatest foes...who hires two new ones.

The Turtles and Casey return to a familiar location to recuperate from thier recent trouble...only to find predjudiced survivors of the Triceraton invasion waiting for them...not to mention an ackward apperance from Casey's mother.
